Meet The Facilitators!
Tala Muhtadi
is a compassionate soul activator and Medicine Woman devoted to guiding individuals towards freedom, pleasure, and inner peace. Her own journey of personal empowerment arose from a challenging upbringing in a culture of rejection and oppression, inspiring her to connect with her inner strength. With a deep interest in psychology and holistic healing, Tala has spent 6 years on a spiritual path and now she offers guidance and healing to support others in their spiritual growth, self-discovery, and healthy relating.
Tiago Guardia
Has a deep love for nature and is passionate about exploring realms of consciousness. While air is his element, he remains grounded and strives to integrate the teachings he learns into his daily life. Tiagao has been walking the path of consciousness and healing since the early 2000s, receiving many gifts along the way. With over 15 years of experience in Plant Medicine and Honeybee Medicine, he has recently immersed himself more deeply in Vedic teachings. His approach blends both scientific and spiritual practices to benefit the body, mind, and soul. Tiagao is honoured to share the healing frequencies of honeybees with individuals and groups, fostering profound connections with the sacred energies of life.
Cindy Van Dyke
has 40 years of experience in science and art have shaped her career in helping others through a creative learning journey. She is a retired massage therapist who taught at colleges in Toronto and Hamilton. She is also a certified yoga teacher, meditation instructor, reflexologist, and Level Three Reiki practitioner. Her exploration of healing led her to study sound and breathwork, bringing her to a place of soulful stillness where she realized there was a way to integrate it all. While searching for modalities and workshops, Cindy found Qigong at the Village of Healing and Wellness, where she learned the 24 postures of Qigong. It was then that she no longer felt like a seeker—she had found her home. The 24 postures integrate movement with stillness, breath with sound, and address the body, mind, and spirit. Scientifically researched and considered an art form, this practice allows the mind to observe, the soul to absorb, and the body to release. Cindy feels blessed to have found Qigong and is honoured to share its teachings.
